Foshan flexible FPC soft plate has the difference between glue electrolysis and non-glue electrolysis

Electrolytic copper is made of coarse copper (containing 99% copper) into thick plate as the anode, pure copper into thin sheets as the cathode, sulfuric acid and copper sulfate mixture as the electrolyte.  After electricity, copper dissolves into copper ions (Cu) from the anode and moves to the cathode. After reaching the cathode, electrons are obtained and pure copper (also known as electrolytic copper) is precipitated from the cathode.  

Electrolysis of copper as the name implies is through the method of electrolysis of copper ionon adsorption on the base material and formed into copper foil, so its characteristics are: strong conductivity, but relatively weak bending resistance, electrolytic copper red.  Copper is the most widely used and largest in electrical and electronic industry, accounting for more than half of the total consumption.  Used for winding resistance of all kinds of cables and wires, motors and transformers, switches and printed circuit boards, etc.

The manufacturing methods of copper foil base materials with adhesive electrolysis and without adhesive electrolysis are different, so the material properties of the two kinds of base materials are also different.
