Because of its light, thin and irregular shape, the flexible circuit board can not be shaped by the way of gongs, and laser is not suitable for mass production because of low efficiency, so in mass production, can only use the die cutting.  

Common problems in punching and cutting flexible circuit board:  

1. Soft blanking of flexible circuit board

A, flexible circuit board soft speed is slow, small pressure  

B, the soft die of flexible circuit board is not sharp  

4. Soft punching of flexible circuit board: error in feeding direction.  

Key points of blanking operation control of flexible circuit board:  

1, flexible circuit board soft cutting board must be aligned with the cutting line  

2, the flexible circuit board soft self-test can not have serious burr or pull, tear and abnormal concave and convex point, residual glue, reinforcing offset, off the paper off.  

3, flexible circuit board soft special attention to the mold version should be consistent with the requirements.  

4. The soft blanking deviation of the flexible circuit board must be within the tolerance, and the excess tolerance shall be repaired after the measurement is OK.
